I logged in this morning, and it’s telling me to upgrade for clients and orders. I already have the $29 plan? It’s not letting me access any of that stuff right now.
Let me look into why that might be happening. Unfortunately a lot of things are broken right now and I’m working on a massive update, but as I’m a solo developer working on this it is taking some time.
i understand.. is there any estimate on when that may happen? im kind of at a stand still with this app and im not able to do anything right now since i cant add any clients or orders..
What happens if you go to the billing area and click on the refresh button? Does the billing area show the correct subscription?
no, it shows the starter account. but when i click to upgrade to the proofed account, it says that it is my current subscription and wont let me do anything there. but still no access to customers or orders, and i’ve been paying the $29 a month for that account.
